The AccessDSL E1/N64 for Long Distance and Error-free Transmission

AccessDSL is a wide range of DSL modems targeted to meet both typical carrier applications and access network needs. AccessDSL New Generation modems with G.703 and/or Nx64(V.35/V.36/X.21) interfaces fit exactly such popular transport implementations like switch-to-switch interconnections, remote multiplexers and mobile base stations connection. Due to its "multi-service" functionality, AccessDSL is a perfect solution as IAD (Integrated Access Device) to provide voice PBX and data node access over single pair of existing copper. AccessDSL New Generation modems can run G.SHDSL or MSDSL software on the same unit. It gives a unique option of using the latest developed TC-PAM or field proven CAP line coding.

Our New Generation Modems combine some special features to achieve high availability even for harsh environment - wetting current and the choice of the extended temperature range for most components.

The availability of repeater allows further distance extension and covering nearly all applications. All units have own on-board microprocessors, DC/DC power converters and clock recovery circuits, resulting in extremely high overall system reliability.

The Flash Loader running under Windows 95/98/NT allows a very easy software update in the field through the serial interface (monitor), without removing the unit.
Modems of the AccessDSL series can be delivered in two types of mechanics designed to meet CO, campus and SOHO needs. It is subrack plug-in card version for installation into 19" 6U subrack or stand alone version for desk top use.

Application

Full duplex E1 stream transmission over 1 or 2 pair of copper cables for switch to swich , remote concentrators, data and voice multiplexers or cellular base station connections.
